A small studio with a big heart offering a variety of classes year round in the South Okanagan! Rachelle loves to incorporate the natural elements during the warmer months offering SUP Yoga and beach classes. Classes are a dynamic Vinyasa Flow integrating alignment, core work, and breath awareness with basic poses and creative sequencing. I believe in strengthening a range of mobility while maintaining flexibility to have an optimal life. Yoga is for all body shapes, mindsets, regardless of limitations!
